Looking into getting stronger, more athletic or loosing weight? Virtual strength & conditioning coaching is available on a month to month payment, without commitment. 
Each session is customized to fit your personal goals, fitness level, lifestyle and schedule.

- 1:1 ON LINE RUNNING COACHING (RUN STRONG TEAM)

Wether you want to train for a 5K, a Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra distances, you don't have to do it alone.
As your coach, I will provide you with a sustainable and balanced training program, that meets the demands of your goal.


What do you get? 
A Structured training plan with weekly runs, a variety of strength training routine for runners, injury prevention, mobility, running drills videos, technique analysis, education via conversations, access to educational videos, bi-weekly articles on endurance sports related topics and unlimited contact through text message.

-1 ON 1 TRAINING IN PERSON

We will work closely towards your goals, the frequency of your sessions is up to you and you will get complimentary workouts through my personal Fitness App.  Choose from: single sessions, monthly commitment bundle (minimum of 2 sessions per week), group training and a combination of on line + in person sessions.
