At Team Run Strong we don’t just run. My methodology provides structure, education, and prioritizes strength training and other supporting habits - sleep, nutrition, hydration and life balance.
As your coach, I will provide a sustainable and balanced training program, that meets the demands of your goal. I will also give you the support you need, learning opportunities, and meaningful conversations to improve your understanding of the nuances of training programs and to know that everything I put in your program is individualized and intentional.
For the past few years I've specialized in training and collaborating with athletes who seek to improve in various distances - from the 3k, 5k, half-marathon, marathon, ultra marathons and even beginner triathletes.
